Here’s a new Tips and Tricks video for you to brighten up your day.
Flowers are always a popular subject for teaching as they seem to speak to everyone but it’s sometimes tricky to find a new way of expressing their characteristics. This poppy was originally a watercolour lesson, one that I hope to repeat as it was very well received but I had been chatting to some of my students recently about using one subject in multiple ways.
I often get the idea for a technique before deciding on a subject and wanted to share some Pan Pastel skills with you so thought I would attempt it again on Pastelmat and here is the result.
