Gift Voucher FAQs:

How will the gift voucher be sent to me?
When you have added your chosen value to your basket (you can choose between one amount or break it up into smaller vouchers), at the checkout you can choose how it is emailed, either to you or straight to the recipient. Be sure to thoroughly read the instructions as we have no access to the unique code that will be emailed to you.

How is the gift voucher used?
When the recipient has received their unique code and they have chosen how to spend it, they will see a small box on the checkout page where they enter the code for the amount to be deducted from their total. It doesn’t have to be spent all at once, our system will calculate what is remaining on the balance.

How can I find out my remaining balance?
There are two ways to check your remaining balance, either enter the code at the checkout to see what is deducted or email us with the last four digits (we cannot see any more than this) and we can tell you what is still to use, or if it has been fully redeemed.

What happens if I lose my voucher code?
Please don’t lose it, we cannot access the unique code you were sent (or we would be able to spend it!) and so it makes an awkward situation for all concerned.

What can I use it for?
Anything that is for sale on this site including tuition (excluding All A-Board Artists membership), art materials, gifts and commissions. If you or the recipient has any queries at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
