Catching up with you all

Hey there everyone, how has your week been so far? Mine has been busy, of course it’s been busy as, if you know me by now, I tend to cram as much as I can into as little time as I can muster during each day.

One of my targets for 2023 is to blog a little more often, for no greater reason than for us all to keep in touch and for you to get to know what I have coming up so please do read on for more information, and if you ever have anything you want to ask me, either leave a comment on this blog post or drop me an email via ali@learningtopaint.co.uk

Since I came back from my sabbatical, I have been popping up all over the place, so I have tried to compile a short list of places you may want to catch up with me and where you might find some useful information about what I do:

ARTS UNIVERSITY BOURNEMOUTH:
I am very pleased and proud to share that I am now a Visiting Tutor for AUB, both as their Pure Watercolour tutor and their Level 2 Art, Design & Creative Studies tutor. You can read more about those courses HERE

ALISON C. BOARD WATERCOLOUR COLLECTION:
The SAA and I have worked together to release a new collection of three watercolours - Bee’s Gold, Quinacridone Magenta and Cobalt Turquoise - and you can read more about them HERE

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY IS BACK:
After a short break, Ali returns with a live broadcast every month on YouTube. Read more her project this month right here on the website by following THIS LINK and selecting the TT blog post.

My next online workshop is a big one, a two-day session using the birds of prey found in Dorset as our inspiration. You can book below and there is also a video short for you to get the flavour of the sort of subject and techniques we will be tackling, I hope you can join me, Ali
